Food was gross had been sitting out for a long time came out the window Luke warm bread and fries were hard and stale no salt on fries if I had the time and energy I would've gone back but what's the point so I can get more old food and bad service.... Girl working the drive through had an attitude if you don't like your job or people you shouldn't work in customer service.

Okay so this McDonald’s was terrible but on our last visit we noticed something different!! They have a new manager, her picture is on the drive thru and she has whipped this place into shape!! The quality of the food, the speed of service and friendliness of the staff has all changed!! I wanted to make sure to recognize the good because so often people only post about the bad.. way to go Arlington team!!

Ok I'm not sure if this location always does this but with my order they gave me a card for a free combo meal the only thing is that I can't just use it at any location but hey still can't beat that and it has no expiration date. So for sure I'll be going back because the food was hot and my order was correct so why not. Even if I didn't get the perk I would recommend anyone in the area who likes McDonald's because not everyone is always the same and hey maybe you too might be gifted with a free combo but I'm not sure what criteria has to be met to get it.

If there was a minus 10 I'd give it. Took over 30 min drive through. After asking for manager not only nothing offered as compensation the "manager Jackie" not only said no to even a cookie but refused wouldn't even speak. Horrible service
