Have been trying to get into contact with the leasing office for weeks now to see about moving here! No one got back to me, I’ve called and emailed and even saw a post on facebook to just be told I need to go on the website when I thought I was getting somewhere with a response! When i responded how I have been trying to get into contact with someone I was then simply ignored for the 100th time! But i’m glad i checked the reviews before wasting anymore time to try and get into contact with someone because it appears this complex could not care any less about its tenants! Awful

If I could rate lower I would ! Pest control is non existent, you share your home with rats , their new slogan is " live beautifully" but nothing is beautiful here. Trash everywhere and thief's they do nothing about . The gym and pool are closed all year round , actually they have been closed for many years , they say better things are coming but Raised the rent and keep tacking on more fee's for nothing in return. Well , one good thing has happen in the past 3-4 months ! The crack heads don't smoke in the front yard anymore and they stopped shooting guns at the parked cars . Don't move there and if you are there get out now . You'll end up shot , dead , or paying way too much for a crumbling building

Worst place to live….They don’t fix anything…I don’t have hot water at my bathroom sink and it’s been like this all year..worst part is they put in new spouts at the kitchen and bathroom sink but no one fix the problem of the running water in the sink…The maintenance crew only drives around to pick up trash and deliver late notice and or pest control notice nothing else…My living room floor is coming apart and no one has come out to check on any of the issues I have in this apartment and they have the nerve to hire security guards…We don’t need protection at the gate we need it for these apartments that are falling apart on us!!!!! I’ve made all of my issues aware on the tenant portal and in person and no one has been out to check on anything…Do Not I Repeat Do Not Rent From Here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
