2 1/2 stars They don't answer their phones. They don't reply to emails. I'd give them 0 stars if it weren't for 1 employee there. Our property manager Tim Blais(5 stars). He's the reason the star average is 2 1/2

I can not even believe the stupid conversation I had with these people. I set up my ederly mother's HoA fees for autopay in Feb/March of 2022. Today I found out that her account is delinquent so I call them up. They tell me whoever set up the autopay set it up to start in March of 2023! It gets better... So I ask them to start autopay again. They ask me if I want it to start in February. February?! It's September. Why would I want it to start in February?! If you call these people to set up autopay make sure you make them verify the date, month, and YEAR!!

We have been asking Sentry Management , Charleston, SC, for years to fix the parking problem around our home. They refuse to do this. We filed a complaint with the state and Sentry Management lied to the State and said they were working on it. I send pics and emails every week. I have asked for a reply and get nothing. WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER.

I have sent your question to our customer service team. If you could provide a way to directly contact you (email or phone number), they will get back to you. Unfortunately, our office personnel, Community Manager and those responding to the Contact Us form on the website are set up to handle this type of question, not those of us in marketing.
They're giving u a month or 2 to get things straight. Yes we changed to Sentry.
That question has a thousand answers but I think for a middle of the price range family neighborhood $300 or so would be expected if the neighborhood has a pool and other amenities.
