No they dont cancel....when I went it was a rain storm and some mud and fallen trees covered the tracks but they didnt cancle, there was just a delay until they cleared the tracks.
I called Friday and enquired and was told it would run rain or shine. I assume it would have to be catastrophic weather to cause them to cancel.
Most of the time they don't they normally run your around even in the snow
