There were a couple when we went. They had assistance gettung in and out of the train, were able to walk some so im not sure on to what extent it would work
There are five steep stairs up to the train cars. I believe one person was carried into the car.
They can definatly accommodate someone with needs but i personally would call before booking to go over the details.

There was a disabled young adult on the train with her family when i was there. I did not see how she got on, but i know that she did. You might have to call to get the specifics of how they board disabled folks to make sure it is compatible with your situation.
