The term pee wee at the Smokey Mountain Railroad refers to the length of the car, it's not very noticeable but its shorter.
Peewee is an enclosed coach car.
Each coach has a name on it
the pee wee car is just the name of the railcar nothing else

Dennis you wouldnt want to go anything under family class... as it is that is a wide open gondola type car hot af in summer and cold in winter .... I hate to see anything less then that
Possibly just the Name of the car?
I'm not sure but I feel like maybe that car would allow children.
