They load the train precisely at 10am so you will need to arrive no later than 9am to park and get your tickets and use the restroom and visit any of the little shops around there. The train leaves between 10:30 and 10:45.
Ours left ~1040. It was scheduled to leave at 1030. But they held it a few minutes with reports of traffic. They asked us to be there an hour early to be able to get everyone on the train. We got there at 0940 and got on with minimal waiting in line.
