The mall is open to mall walkers an hour before normal hours exp; mall opens at 10am they allow walkers in at 9.
Solomon Pond Mall welcomes mall walkers. Door open at 8 am Monday - Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Mall , walking should be completed by 10 am Monday - Saturday and 11 am on Sunday. From their website.
Doors are open at 8am. Walkers are allowed at that time.

Last year the Mall used to open earlier for people walk...I don't know about this year
You could probably get in an hour before the mall actually opens. Many mall employees arrive early to open up their stores. When I worked there I saw many people walking the mall before it opened. However I don't know if this is still the case.
