This upcoming week of June 19,2022; will be my (6th) SIXTH unpleasant experience at this location. It’s closest to wear I live. I come in with (same concerns & more). Last week I informed manager that this IPhone is clearly defective therefore I think it justifiably reasonable to receive a New I-12, same type. He told me TWICE I could get a new cell but I’d have to pay for it!!! I purchased this cell on Columbus Day weekend last year. I believe this to be outrageous. He smiled & walked away. Should I not have a new replacement cell when I visit store tomorrow, Monday, 6/20/2022, I promise I will file complaints with MA Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, & APPLE headquarters via phone & written letter. One positive note is: employees are typically friendly & polite. There’s just no customer satisfaction in their final result!!!!!!

Brian met me at the entrance of the store...very friendly,stating he would contact me when a " Genius " was available ....browsed for a short time then returned a little earlier then Brian had said to ...opening was available.Mike was very pleasant,knowledgeable + did not try to pressure me at all to buy a new tablet . He explained what was going on with my tablet & confirmed what I thought the repair would be.He also offered me an alternative stating that they offer trade ins + would be able to offer me ****** for my tablet with a purchase if I decide to update even if I returned at a later date .....great experience THANK- YOU BRIAN + MIKE....! Service was 1hr than 1.5 then 2hrs, 2.5, 3hrs. Did a great job replacing my battery but that's an ungodly amount of time to be dragged out in this tiny mall, if i knew it was gonna be 3hrs my review would have been better i could have killed time elsewhere

Go to the store and ask for a screen repair appointment and what time they will have it done for you
Call the main apple support number and tell them you want an appointment at the Solomon pond mall location. They also do walk-ins but you have to get there first thing when they open in the morning or you could be waiting a long time.
Yes they will give you specifics around wht day and time it will be ready.

About a week. That's how long it took to change the battery in mine but they give you a loaner phone so you don't go without
Just cancel your appointment online and reschedule for another day

Buy a new charger cube and cable and try charging again. I had the same problem with my last phone. And this worked for me
