Always have liked going to Friendly's. The food here is definitely a guilty pleasure. The Super Melts taste great, the fries are always good. This particular Friendly's also has a drive through. I've used it a few times, and while its not as quick as a standard fast food drive through its still quick enough.

Website and restaurant says open til 1030. We arrived at 945 and no one answered to take our order at the drivethru, so we parked to go place an order inside.. the doors remained unlocked and the girl behind the counter just looked at us and continued mopping. Just bad customer service all around. If you want to close earlier: update your business information.

I had to go and get a sundae from Friendly's today. I haven't had one from there in over 12 yrs. There are no Friendly's where i live now. So i enjoyed my Coffee ice cream, walnuts and extra peanut butter sauce with whipped cream. It was so delicious

Food & service was excellent. First time trying a burger here, they did a fantastic job. We went around lunch time, so not super busy. Tried coming back a couple weeks later for dinner, line was out the door. Pretty sure the staff was short staffed & overwhelmedDevan, thanks for this feedback about our Marlborough family restaurant! The kids meals come in two varieties (sizes/ages), and each comes with a different size ice cream. They're pretty flexible on the items though, as we have pretty picky kids. If you want the bigger kids dessert, but the smaller kids entree, be prepared to pay the bigger price, but they'll pretty you adjust what you get.
