This store is inconsistent. Hannaford's fruit and produce is always great. No complaints. The problem is that this store has some difficulty restocking other products that I typically purchase. I enter my phone number each time that I checkout. The management should maintain a record of those items that I have purchased and realize that I may purchase them again and consider restocking them. Instead most of those items are not available the next time that I visit this store. When I complain I have heard excuses from their staff that product has been sold out to hoarders. However I also shop at Hannaford grocery stores in upstate New York. The shelves of those locations are teeming with products. On the highway I have noticed the Hannaford tractor trailer trucks delivering products on the Mass Pike from Maine to other states. Those deliveries pass by this store. Why doesn't the Marlborough store location have shelves teeming with product offerings as those stores west of Massachusetts? I am very disappointed with this location. COVID was a good excuse to use for awhile that product is unavailable. Why are the products that I want to purchase available at Hannaford stores in New York state but not at this location. Why are shelves empty?

Seems like a decent place. Clean enough. Staff are friendly for their age. Nice half height aisle concept.

These guys have done a great job of surviving through the pandemic. The shelves are usually stocked pretty well. I give them kudos for that. The have a nice variety of healthy foods including gluten free, protein shakes, almond and coconut milk, dairy free products and on it goes. There's usually parking available, of course I make sure I come at the right times, and when I do it's easy to shop. The produce is ok, there are better stocked stores around, but if you need something right away it works.
