I like to leave realistic reviews… you are getting a fantastic price (especially for all you pet traveling friends who know how outrageous fees can be). Pros: lots of amenities on property, close to a main drag of good eats, super super nice & accommodating staff. Very understandable of our unique situation. Very clean & comfy rooms and A/C in room work awesome. Elevator music classic! Cons: (July 23) Hallways not air conditioned and super stuffy. Elevators too. Embrace the early 90s and this place is your vibe (hallways specifically). Huge events at times so may want to check on your dates (for things like pool, restaurants). Checked out pool but too hot in there for this July heat, in winter it would be perfect. Overall grade: C+ Grade with effort: B

The hotel is very outdated for the price I paid. The room was not clean, we had hair all through the bed and in the shower. The hallways were hot and miserable with no central air. The staff did their best but like everyone else they were very understaffed. We had to attempt to check in 4 times before they had a room clean and available. The breakfast was good but not great.

It's an older building, but not as clean as I expected. The night clerk was great and gave us a lower rate for our military service. Also, rental car services located in the lobby. The rental clerk was very helpful and assisted me with car in Puerto Rico.

The foyer was beautiful, the rooms were very outdated and dirty. There were dead ladybugs all over the floor. It's not even ladybug season yet so they have been there a while. Also was expecting a double queen and was given double full beds. Employees were friendly.
