I am thinking of holding a dinner for approx 35 people. Is it possible to have several reasonably priced meals for them to choose from and can we provide the wine?

You'll need to make special arrangements with the restaurant and pay their corkage.

Definitely call them to make the arrangements. They are very understanding and may let you provide the wine. Foods wise I think they will want to discuss options and possibly print up special menus with only those selections on it.
