This is a tourist trap. There are no fishes in their pond right now. Our three families drove for 3 hours and spent a lot of money for the kids to have a nice first fishing experience. What a disappointment! We were there for almost 5 hours and no fish! If we had wanted to test our luck we would have just gone to a public lake. It's a ranch/farm, it was supposed to be stock with trouts. Obviously they still open for people to come in knowing that there are no fishes in the pond. Yesterday, not just our kids, but many other families left disappointed. It was super pricey too.

Best time ever for a first fishing trip with my son Jayson. He caught the first trout within 20 seconds of casting his line in the water. I do recommend taking the family. A very special place to make memories together.

Had a blast with the family! Highly recommend this place. The staff is really nice and helpful, we caught 30 trout.

Great area to hang out and fish. A little pricey because you end up catching a fish every ten minutes or less which is great fun but adds up! Beautiful scenery and cute cows hanging around! Love this place. Will definitely be back! Oh also don't follow map quest directions to the end, turn on the the road with the hagemann sign!
