Just got my new Frigidaire 8000 BTU Air Conditioner, purchased, delivered, and installed from Manny's Appliance in Wilbraham. I cannot say enough good things about the expertise of their sales people, and the knowledge and professionalism of the two young men, Nick and Josh, who delivered and installed it! We have bought many appliances from Manny's over the years, and never hesitate to shop there, knowing we will get a quality appliance from a business that stands behind their sales!! Very happy with my purchase!

If I could give this business a -10, I would! My NIGHTMARE started on February 11 - my dishwasher stopped working. I have an extended manufacturers warranty until 2022. Allen, the tech who had been with Manny’s for years arrived and said he needed to order a part. Scott, another tech , came out and installed the part. The unit didn’t work. Long story short, here I am, 3 visits - 3 MONTHS later, and several parts later, I am still washing dishes. I visited Manny’s in Wilbraham (once requesting to see Manny while he was working there). He was on a conference call and couldn’t meet with me! I was concerned what would happen if they couldn’t fix it while under warranty. I visited again yesterday - May 3 however only the store manager, George in Sales was able to hear my story. He was supposed to connect with Jamie Ravithis, Manny’s son- who is now Service Manager - since he was nowhere to be seen or reached by phone. Got a call tonight that they couldn’t fix until June - and that Manny’s (per Jamie) would not replace my unit. I understand supply issues but this is unacceptable! Tomorrow I am visiting Manny’s to get reimbursed $169 for the extended warranty. I will be visiting one of the more favorable appliance companies in the area to order a NEW dishwasher. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! Stay tuned…

I would highly recommend purchasing appliances from Manny's. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide range of brands and price points to fit any budget. I shopped at all the appliance stores in my area and Manny's had the best prices around. It was a pleasure working with Karol, at the Sutton location.
