On September 2021 we had a change of address from Texas and wanted to set up a post office mail box here. But this office made it super complicated than necessary. We need verification that we actually live locally (not sure why that's even necessary? We also already completed all the paperwork online and paid the fee online as well). But me and my 4 years' old were turned away and we even brought authentic USPS email notifications (because we set up change of address before we moved from Texas) that shows our daily mails with local address on them. But that's not enough according to this office. Just not sure why we were hold off. They were not following their work procedures or protocol. Please be aware.

The website doesn't make it clear but, if you're coming here for a passport on a Saturday, it is by appointment only. That said, the staff was good enough to accommodate us which we really, really appreciated.
