Perfect for families lots of picnic benches along this ocean side many bathrooms and a few wash areas for after playing in sand reserve ahead camping or just plain day use always a great time perfect for flying kites

First time to bodega bay this beach was so peaceful places for bon fires picnic tables dog friendly plenty of parking and 7$ fee sand is so fine and light easy to walk if that makes sense lol just loved it

Been coming out here since I was a kid. I've always loved this beach all times of the year. Typically it's always windy here, although sometimes there's days when it's calm. During the winter time the bay is great for crabbing. On a good summer or spring day you can get in the water without freeze. We usually bring extra clothes just Incase it happens to be windy and too cold to get in the water.
