What makes you think I didn't?
I got introduced to the restraunt on friday,so i quickly fell in love with their food and the merchandise on sale inside,so i went to a second location and had the same maple chicken,i thought this is a highly refuted restraunt and wouldn't sell bad chicken but i think may be coz i was black.
Call back. Ask the name of manager and the person you're speaking with. Record names, date, time. Be polite, but confident. Let them know...they must've pushed a wrong button to hang up on you. If they do it again...record it. Get the main manager and call or write them, noting the information you recorded. Let them know you expect this to be handled and what you're expectations are
Why didn't you tell them while still at restaurant so they could fix the issue?
