I’m giving a 2 primarily because of the service and they are always running out of food. Each time I visit I encounter the rudest young lady who gives every customer a bad experience. She appears to be the younger of the servers They don’t wear masks or gloves while talking amongst each other over your food. Today was absolutely my final time going to this nasty place. Jamaica x is much cleaner

This is my second time at this location and the rice is so cold,the staff keep talking to each other instead of seeing what the customer wants. I order fried chicken meal and she was talking to the staff didn't ask or hear of I needed some kind of gravy on my meal. It would be courtesy to ask gravy or no gravy.

Sick and tired of coming to this location and dealing with staff with bad attitudes as if they don't want your business at all. I went to this location yesterday for the last time. While waiting I'm line there was a young woman just walking around and I'm think she must be on break. So I'm standing there waiting for the older woman to finish with the dude ahead of me. So she finished with him and just walks to the back so I asked the younger girl who is going to take my order and she just walks to the back without saying anything to me. The older woman comes out and two women walk in head straight to the register and ask for a jerk patty .I go how you just totally skip over me and take they order. I just walk out w and go to the other Jamaican spot down the street . They are a little more expensive but atleast they make you feel welcomed.

I enjoy coming here when I can. But some of the ladies that work their will give a man all the attention to take a order. It's just my observation that have experience twice. I just feel that we're all patronizing their business and the level of respect should be with whomever walk in those doors. I want you to be happy when you're making my plate too! Just don't have my rice and meat all over the place 😩
