I placed a order at 648pm and received a text that pizza was on the way. I did not receive any pizza at all. I called 4 different times and was told it was on the way. Needless to say, 1107pm nothing. I requested a refund and was told I would receive a $40 credit because the door dash driver picked it up but again no pizza just excuses. My final call was told my order was remade and it would be here as soon as he picked it up for the second time. I am furious it’s been over 3+ hours no phone call or pizza. I tried calling again for a 5th time but no answer. I definitely won’t be utilizing this Pizza Hut again but before that I will need my refund for pizza I didn’t receive. Kept all messages, times and calls it’s a darn shame!

I was craving thin crust pizza and I tried to order a pizza at the Bill Gardner store 15 mins before closing and they said no because it was too late. This store happily took my order 10 mins before closing and had the door open when i got there to pick up my pizza. Friendly service/kind staff!

Two stars because the staff is great… however, there is something wrong with how they’re making their pan pizza. The bottom was like cardboard smh. It was horrible.

We ordered pizza today from this Pizza Hut. My husband called back to address this dry pizza issue and they hung up in his face. We asked for extra sauce on all 5 of our pizzas. This pizza is supposed to be a pan pizza and it looks like a hand tossed. It lacked the buttery crust.... it tasted like cardboard. Our kids were hungry so we tried to deal with it😩. I worked at Pizza Hut before I joined the service. I am well aware of how pan pizza is supposed to be prepared. Clearly you are not leaving the dough in the proofer long enough nor are you putting the required oil needed to absorb The Buttery flavor in a pan pizza. I am disappointed
