Chicken was hot and folks were friendly. Quick in and out with no issues. All food was in bag 🎒 and my condiments were there also, skipped drive thru for counter, because i did not have time to turn back around if they missed my honey and got sauce, like on prior visit.

The worse chicken sandwich I've had in my life, I'm pretty sure it sat for over an hour and was reheated in the microwave. Then meat was soggy. The bottom bunn was stiff and the top bunn was chewy and to top it all off the soda had no flavor very disappointed in this Popeyes experience.

Young man got my order wrong so when I got to the window and corrected it, I requested that they label my boxes between spicy and mild. I heard the person packing the boxes say “Tell her I know what I’m doing!” And the cashier turns around and looks at me like she was about to do so. My food was missing biscuits. They had no sides, no fries no mac and cheese no nothing. And finally my chicken was old and I got 15 pieces. Not all in the spicy box were spicy. Won’t go back and im still bothered by the bad attitude of the person fixing the food. Manager was present and allows these shenanigans.
