First, I love the renovation it’s a big change from what they previously were. The lady it the front, I believe her name is Selina, she’s sweet and patient as always . I booked an appointment not knowing who I would get but I ended up loving the lady who did it. Her name is Ky and she is great at her job. We had great conversation, she made sure I left with no hairs on my Brazilian. On top of that SHE TWEEZED , not everyone goes over with tweezers and I appreciate the time she took to do that. I’ll be booking with KY again:)

I loved this location for a while and was always satisfied with my brazilian wax. Since the management change, I have had the opportunity to meet the new owner who is such a kind and thoughtful individual. She responds quickly to any inquiries and thrives to make sure all guests are taken care of.

I always go to Stephanie for my waxing/ hair removal. She is personable, fast and very knowledgable. She makes you feel comfortable even in the most awkward moments of waxing. I never have a reaction or ingrown hairs. Highly recommended!

Sadly I will not be returning. Mariana no longer works there. She was great! The new wax is sticky. I’m very sensitive and something ain’t right about it. It was wax still stuck to me when I left, got a few in Grown hairs, and I got a grow back fuzz like 2 -3 days after. When Mariana waxed me I cld go a few weeks before I even felt a fuzz…no itching or bumping. The new owner waxed me…she was nice but I can’t return with all the changes. Plus, my skin health is more important. It’s a no for me.
