My husband took my 2020 traverse in because backup camera failed . He waited there 5 hrs later to be told part was not under warranty any longer by a few thousand miles and it would cost 1000 dollars to fix it . Can't believe that a vehicle only two years old needs an expensive fix already .. Not a verry happy customer think I should've stuck with Hyundai .. this is my first Chevrolet purchase and probably my last one

Poor customer service. Transmission was replaced, but other issue of shift to park alert was not assessed and ignored.

Bought a brand new truck from here. The day after, the engine light comes on. Call the service department and he tells me they have no time to look at the truck this week or next. Side note, I had to leave the next day down to FL which I disclosed due to the time sensitivity. Because service department wouldn’t help, i had to contact the sales guy who sold me the truck and finally he and management went and scheduled a time. Obviously at this point I was frustrated and this sales man could feel it. Throughout my last day there, he felt the need to make sure I filled out the survey piece—-giving him some kind of bonus. I did not leave this place feeling like a made a good purchase
