I would say auto since it shares it's chaisee with the Focus.
When does the County set real estate tax rates and how often do you change the real estate tax rates? I am interested in real estate tax rates for a commercial property.

No. It's prorated. You do need to tell them that you bought it, and pay the tax. The personal property tax is normally paid in October (5th, I believe), so it doesn't run by calendar year anyway.
