I tried scheduling an appointment as a new patient as was told that they are currently "not scheduling any new patient appointments" and they're not sure when they will be able to schedule new patients.

Dr. DeRoma is one of the most unprofessional therapists I have ever come across. My mother was being treated for grief due to the loss of her husband of over 67 years. Dr. DeRoma called her in late, we asked after 15 minute delay and was not prepared for my mother. She insulted her- a widow in her 80's and insinuated my mother was probably a hoarder because she wanted to get rid of some items and was very dismissive of her feelings. My mother was shaking when we got in car as she felt verbally assaulted.

Seems to be a wrong address, or seriously difficult to find- no signs at all!
