Because it's usually only one or two people in the back office most of us some of the stores don't have full-time managers of the store for general managers but you have to call it the department and then they will can try to answer it but the best thing to do if you looking for something or see if they have something it's definitely use the app it will let you know if that store has it in stock from there system
Possibly the lack of staffing
Maybe they don't know how to properly use the phones provided in the store. They are nothing like cell phones, so of it's any of the younger generation the they may thing it's just a weird box tool thingy that constantly makes noises. Although this most likely is NOT the reasoning, we must keep all possibilities in mind. They should be trained on how to handle phones and such anyways.
I can't answer that question I don't work at Walmart.
Cause the fitting room is closed and the employee who controls it is not there so that is why they don't answer the phone. I am sure that there is a number for the employees to call out on
