Never tried their coffee until last night, I liked it so much I went back again this morning. Did an XL original with a squirt of French Vanilla syrup.

My husband and I placed a mobile order. We were asked to pull ahead as our order wasn't ready. 2 coffees nothing special. 2 more cars paid. A lady came out w the wrong order. Then another lady came out with pur coffee and started yelling at us as we sat in our car telling us we didn't need to have an attitude....what? We had not spoken to anyone. She continued to yell at us. We were shocked. Our business of 15 plus years will now be given to other Dunkins in the area. Corporate said the franchise would contact us, but they did not.

This Dunkin Donuts has become the worse coffee shop you can go to. If you want to start your day in a good note, please DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION!. The rudeness starts at the drive through. The order is never correct, the oven never works, and the staff is the WORSE! They go from unprofessional, to mega rude. Don’t ask for them to fix your order, they will become more rude! I have been going to this DD since 2004 and today is my last trip to it. The service and attitude is just unacceptable! Sad situation since new management took over and new staff came in. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Need to hire more competent people. I prefer this Dunkin Donuts over the one on Hudson Bridge but on both locations I always have to check my coffee is actually flavored as I ordered before leaving the drive through. For some reason it is too difficult for them to understand French Vanilla. Anyways, today after having to repeat my order several times on the speaker the lady at the window just reaches for my debit card without giving me my total. Somehow some of these cashiers starting to think that is ok, they can just enter whatever price they want to without telling the customer how much they are paying. I told her she didn’t tell me what my total was and she just looks at me, slides my card into the payment device and hands me back my card with receipt! This is unacceptable, When a customer asks for their total, it’s their job to give it to you. BEFORE just ringing you up. There is always someone different at the window. The good ones never stay. Terrible customer service
