If I could give this facility negative 10 I would. EVERY time I go staff acts so unprofessional & inconsiderate of patients. 1st of all post your times accurately on your site. That's what people base visiting on. So, if the plan is to close at 1pm; stop seeing patients by a certain time! Meaning specify the time "before closing" patients should be required to have arrived by! 2nd: try a staff meeting to communicate this; so everyone is on the same page!! Before you open the doors to patients; communicate AGAIN with staff answering the phone so they know not to tell patients doing follow ups, "to come on." 3rd: allowing staff to bring kids to work to monitor the door & relay messages isn't very professional either! Quite sure you generate enough income to hire help! 4th: to the aide/ nurse that came to the door(during what was still operational hours) to explain that I couldn't come in cause you got up early to come to work & you want to go home cause it's your son's birthday...advice: Its called a "JOB" & when you have one, you're usually required to work hours for a paycheck. Being that you're only pushing paper for 4 hrs., & your child's bday meant that much; maybe you should have requested time off to celebrate with him. Finally for the doctor that fills prescription; you will never fill the shoes of Dr. Harvey Jones with the nonsense that operates this facility!! You should be ashamed, but it's typical of the medical community today...GREED IS YOUR ONLY MOTIVATION!!😒

Don’t waste your time.. I drove several hours to this place and they were closed but didn’t state that online. You will do better getting a doctor to write you a prescription.

Good morning wanted to share a couple of things with you about the diet doctor program it works if the program did not work the line wouldn't be wrapped around the building I was just reading some of the reviews in 2019 yeah the doctor did used to be a little rude but I always took it as a joke and laughed it off but I wasn't in there for the doctor I was in there for me so sometimes we have things to come into our lives to try to move us away from the things that we need to do in life it's such as losing weight I wore about 230 lb now I'm down to like 206 less than a month's time so the program works don't worry about what people say you get in there and make it happen for you you can write anything on these reviews you have to go try it out for yourself good luck on your weight loss
