I hate the fact that google forces u to leave some type of Star to review bc this deserves zero stars. I went there bc my son and I had a cold for over a month that progressed into something worse which consist with difficulty breathing, fever, extreme sore throat, ear ache and on top of all that for my 5 yr old he visibly had pink eye. Dr Matthew Story with his poor bedside manner, unsavory personality and lack of listening skills with his arms folded in the corner of the room proceeded to inform me it just has to run its course like Covid and antibiotics aren’t needed. Long story short I went to see my pcp and she did everything Matthew and his lousy self refused to do. After taking the antibiotics my son and I are doing much better. No thanks to Matthew. My only worry is how many other poc’s he’s doing this to.

I had a pleasant experience. I did not have to wait long, the staff was efficient and friendly. I was in and out in no time, yet it did not seem as though I was rushed and uncared for. I would definitely recommend this location

I went to this urgent care on 9/22/22 and I got there at 2:20 the lady at the front desk said they didn’t have an available appointment until 2:50 so I stated I would sit and wait. She proceeded to say she will send me a link to fill out my paperwork and link for payment. So I filled out the paperwork. Time passes by and it’s going on 3:00 to 3:15 no call no link for payment. So I proceed to head in the building since I could not sit inside due to my symptoms of a strep throat. The lady proceeded to ask have they called you and I’m like NO I have been waiting for some time and I need an update. Remind you she still have not sent me the link to pay my copay. I get back to the car and still wait in the heat. After some time I get the link and make my payment. Still waiting to be called in. Remind you it’s going on 3:30 to 3:50. I finally received a phone call for them to ask me questions about my medical history. So here it is 4:00pm and I get asked to come in the inside which I still had to wait to be seen. So I do not get to the back until 4:15 and only stayed maybe 15 mins in the back. The dr was nice but I do not see myself coming back here cause of the long wait time. It’s ridiculous to have to sit in my car then get asked to come in and still have to wait. Unacceptable to me.
