I brought my father in for a 2:30 appointment only to sit in the lounge for over and hour. The lounge was busy but people came in after we did and was called back and out before we was able to be seen at 4:10. The doctor only checked his pulse and refilled meds for a while 5 minutes worth. This isn’t the first time I have had to wait this long. No one said when checking in the they were running behind if that was the case or not. Seems to be over booking just to get paid off clients that needs care instead of managing the scheduling so that people aren’t waiting for over an hour to only be seen for 5 whole minutes.

Doctor rushed me through my appointment, even after complaining of blood clots and chest pain. Told me to see another doctor without even referring me. They just want your money, the receptionist also need to work on scheduling.
