As an ex employee, I do not recommend this place to anyone. They use cheap equipment where someone has to come and service it right after they install it. I seen this firsthand. The equipment they use is equipment that you’ve never heard of before and I’ve been in this field for 10 years never heard of those equipment that they use. That’s why they get so many callbacks.

Where to start. Heater went out past winter so I called and got it replaced with a new unit. Was told it would be installed right the first time. Needless to say I’ve had continued issues with the house overheating (thermostat was off). Random rooms in the house heating (thermostat was off) along with water not constantly staying hot when running the bathtub. After MANY service calls some issues were resolved. BUT I still have rooms heating when the thermostat is off. Now I’m being told that they will give 50% off to add the parts needed to fix the issue. So not only was I lied to by being told it would be installed correctly the first time but now I’m burning through oil because my unit is heating rooms while the thermostat is off. This is not how you should treat your customers who paid 12k for a brand new unit. Be better.

Ideally, you should do it before your current system fails and leaves you rushed to make a replacement decision. Fortunately, there are a few signs that indicate it’s time to start looking at your options: your unit is more than 10 years old, it’s not keeping up with your needs, you notice a big increase in your cost to run it, or it needs regular refrigerant refills. In some cases, a simple repair may be all that’s needed, but if it’s no longer safe or practical to put more money into your AC, we’ll explain that, too, and make recommendations for the most appropriate replacement.
Air handlers and furnaces aren't typically install in the same home. If you have a furnace, Air handlers are frequently paired with heat pumps and manage airflow across your residence. Some systems also provide extra heating and cooling pieces to support the heat pump. furnace heats in a different manner by pushing heated air into your vents, which send it across your residence. Since furnaces depend on combustion chambers to produce heated air, they don't have some of the parts you'll see in a standard air handler.
Generally, it is recommended that an air conditioning unit be serviced every other year. This is done by checking the refrigerant levels, and cleaning the air filters.
You will have to replace your furnance filter when you experince a dramatic decrease in air flow in your home, affect the efficiency of your heating system, and cause your utility bills to spike.
A heat pump is a type of heating and cooling system for residential and commercial properties. Heat pumps may be used year-round, and they do not burn fossil fuels as furnaces do. Strictly speaking, heat pumps do not create heat. Rather, they redistribute the heat that is already there.
You can have a heat pump installed instead. A heat pump is more efficient and affordable than a furnace, so you’ll be saving money on top of our affordable prices. Just have regular maintenance so that your heat pump will last longer and run efficiently.
The purpose of an air filter is to capture dust, dirt, bacteria, and any other airborne pollutants from your home’s air. Air filters not only protect your HVAC system but they provide clean air for your home and prevent you from breathing in harmful pollutants.
