No they do not they only rent modular mobile homes

Are there any places for sale? How much is lot Rent? Any other monthly fees? Are pets allowed?

It has the highest lot rent in the tricounty area. Nothing to do in the parks. Roads aren't drivable. No pool and just a tot-lot for playing. Rules that are in the lease aren't enforced. Stay away from anything that uses UMH
