Always a pleasant experience when we visit I-Hop. My daughter, adult daughter, always goes for the french toast. It's the best she's had when eating breakfast out or in our case, brunch. I always try different meals but I will say the BLT and the roast turkey are my favorite sandwiches. Omelets are another favorite and I have always enjoyed them all. In the past I-HOP had chicken Florentine crepes and they were awesome but they are no longer on the menu. Omelets are now the substitute but still very satisfied. We will be returning, the service was great and food was delivered in a timely manner.

No good! Waiters although friendly enough need training to assess the timing of food so your food is hot when it goes from kitchen to table. Cooks need to understand to cook your eggs last. I had to send my food back and when they FINALLY came back with new food, it was cold again. I just threw it out. I can't pay and train so if Management isn't invested enough to insure customer satisfaction then it's a hard no for me. I won't be back. All the commercials and new food items won't save a business with poor management. Maybe yall should send your manager to chic fila to learn how it's done correctly.

Wonderful experience!! My waiter was awesome!! He was funny, personable, and had my order exact with flare!! Thanks to my waiter for making my morning a lot better!! He had some cool stories

Our waitress was great, but...... plastic utensils for a meal you pay good hard earned money for. Place was filthy, most employees were visiting with each other and not working.
