Wal-Mart customer service hour of operations is 7am to 7pm everyday. I hope this will help you to plan ahead of time.
It is conveniently located for Stockbridge residents but it is the ABSOLUTELY WORSE WALMART EVER. Customer service is BAD. Checkout is always backed up. It's not the cleanest store. Most employees appear to be very frustrated. I refuse to believe all of their employees are mean and unknowledgeable so I'm trying to give a reason for some of their rudeness. One good point... that store generally have what I need to pick up. I do not "just shop" there, pick up only.
Sometimes if they are not too busy and if they have someone at the fixing room. This how I have seen them send calls to aother department.
Because sometimes they don't have enough help.
Walmart customer service hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM on Monday through Sunday.
I've called Cleveland Ave, Cascade Rd and Never gotten an answer. I called Many times during the day and evenings. I had to drive there. When in the store everyone has good customer service; but none will answer the phone.
The store does not permit vehicles or trucks of any kind to park their vehicles for more then 24 hours. Tractor trailers may not park in parking lot for overnight stay.
