By far, this is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve lived in 3 states. First, the drive-thru always takes at least 40 minutes. The female pharmacist never know what she’s doing. When I first moved here, I had to pay $200 for one of my prescriptions that I NEEDED. For some reason, my new insurance wasn’t going through. I found out the following month it wasn’t going through because she wasn’t putting the numbers in right. I mean, how hard could it be to copy numbers and letters?? Today, today was the final straw. I went in to get a shot. I waited for AN HOUR. Since no one came to see me I went to see what was going on. The lady with a small, golden ponytail told me I didn’t get the shot yet because I hadn’t filled out the paperwork (in a rude way). I responded I don’t have a problem filling out paperwork, I haven’t been given anything. While waiting for the paperwork, the female pharmacist didn’t even have the decency to tell me herself, but she told the lady assisting me that she wasn’t doing any shots because it was lunchtime. The lady assisting me told me I would have to come back in an hour to get the shot because it’s their lunchtime. Again, I waited an entire hour!! I understand people are still trying to recover from the pandemic, but professionalism is a must on professional jobs. I can expect the attitudes I’ve encountered from the techs, but I have a real problem with these reoccurring incidents coming from someone that went to school for pharmacy. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Since I’m not valued as a customer, I will be taking my money elsewhere!

Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to get prescriptions filled because I moved. Called over a week ago and still nothing. They won’t even answer the phone. Left on hold for the past 3 days. 2 days in which they just hung the phone up. I will just have them transferred out at this point. This is ridiculous!
