Thats a good question. I've called Walmart customer service and been told the manager would call me. I've been waiting for 3 months no call. And my complaint has not been addressed.
I used to work for Walmart Supercenter in Tx...they are all the same...keep your reciept and right under the store name you will find store#, register# and managers name you then call the Bentonville Arkansas Home Office at this # (479) 273-4000 and give them all that info and date and the Home Office resolves it faster especially when you tell them that not either the General Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager has made no attempt to return or resolve your call
I was told about a month ago that there wasn't a general manager for that store... and that it's being ran by shift leads and department managers. I was also told that about when I called one of the stores in Knoxville, too.
I'm not sure, you could call if you can get someone to answer the phone

That would be great if someone would answer the phone. I called from 2:30 until 6 and nobody ever answered the phone

If you call make sure you tell them you don't want the shift manager, but that you need the store manager.
