Yes they have wipes by the carts. I have seen them disinfect the counters and self service machines but I can't swear that they do it after every customer tho
Employees are masked, and they do wipe surfaces with disinfectant regularly. Wipes for the carts are available.
Like at every store. People are shopping. If worried best option is to order your groceries online. Most stores offer that option for those worried about covid
