I came to fill my water bottle from the water machine that located in front of Safeway. The water was really dirty, it has like sand in it. I went to Safeway customer service to till them about the issue and to get my money back, they told me we can’t help you with that, it’s not belong to us. How it’s not belong to you and you giving them water and electricity, so you are partners with them. When you give a space for this company to put the machine you have to make sure it’s safe, clean, and trusted water machine, you’re driving people life to danger. I’m disappointed??

Most everything is great. Bakery sells a lot of croissants that are not cooked properly. Center is most times undercooked and hard. Sometimes they are light and fluffy and well cooked. But you never know until you've already paid a lot for them!

My daughter ordered pretzels from Safeway delivery, and they substituted big fat pretzels, which she didn't want. Since she had the flu, we attempted to return the pretzels for her. At first they said no problem, then they came up with 4 reasons they couldn't return the $3 item. I got upset so I had to walk away. They finally gave my wife the refund for my daughter, but when you order from delivery, they said you can only return it to the stores that deliver. Don't do delivery with Safeway. What a mess.

A C+ over all good+ grocery store. It's in Everett..and most corporations tend to down-play their treatment of stores in this neighborhood. But has good produce/ meat and seafood section and deli dept.
