Did you buy it brand new or open box? Not all open box items come with the accessories. It should have listed that on the open box price sticker where it says "missing accessories". If you bought it brand new, some times the manufacturer makes a mistake. Contact Dell or bring it back to a Best Buy within the reportreturn policy. They can probably do something for you
I would double check with the store and see if it was missing and exchange it.
Should have come with a charger unless maybe it was a heavily discounted open box sale. Depend on when you bought it, you have at least 15 days to return it.
