Amazing dog park. My wife dog and I stopped here on a car trip and it was a wonderful spot. Very well maintained, lots of fun stuff for dogs to play with. Fenced in all the way around including a smaller section for shy dogs. It does appear to be a members only park so I'd look into that if you plan to go.

Yes, you do have to be a member. Google the dog park to find their web page - info on becoming a member is there. You also have to follow posted rules. For example: All dogs must wear a collar with their dog park tag attached. Also no food or drinks of any kind in the park (human or dog), except water.

You actually need to complete an application and obtain a park tag through the Millbury town hall for a small fee.
