I had the opportunity to meet and work with Kenny during my visit to the dealership. I did not intend to make purchase on the date. However, Kenny offered great feedback and suggestions as I described my needs and interests. I did decide to make a purchase. Beyond that however, the experience did not feel transactional - better described as the beginning of ongoing relationship with this dealership. An outstanding sales experience. Nick did a tremendous job helping me select a jeep that was in my price range and it turned out to work extremely well and I'm very happy with it. He did a great explaining the whole process and the no pressure approach was great and welcome change. Best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership! The team at Herb Chambers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Millbury was exceptional from the very start. I had never leased or built a vehicle from scratch and Josh Cudak was able to walk me through the process effortlessly ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. From the moment we initiated the build Josh was in contact with me keeping me up to date on the progress and delivery status of my new Jeep Wrangler. Upon arrival we were able to come in and test drive before signing. My Jeep was ready and waiting up front with dealer plates and a full tank of gas! Who does that?? Dave the finance manager was genuinely excited for me and my new purchase and took the time to go over every option possibly without pressuring me to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. Great experience. Scott was awesome! Took care of everything for me and kept me updated with my first ever ordering of a new vehicle. I'll definitely go back to him for my next one.
