I had stopped by Best Buy with questions about how to pair my new TV to my old stereo. They're very knowledgeable staff set me up with your equipment I needed. And now I have modern TV hooked up to my antiques surround sound system. And it sounds great. Thank you people at Best Buy.

Waited around for near an hour to be helped, the price was higher than I saw recently online and when asked about it, I was told prices change every day and wasn't offered any possibility of seeing what they could do to help the situation. Didn't offer a price match, which by the way was cheaper elsewhere. Didn't want to be bothered with any options to help the customer at all. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. People wonder why online sales are taking over stores, well here's a perfect example.

I visited this store this past week to exchange an apple watch I had purchased online and got delivered to me. I went to the customer service counter and informed them i wanted to do a simple exchange from 44mm to 40mm watch, and was told to "check-in" and was told there was a 5 minute wait. Fast forward to 45 minutes later I was finally able to get the exchange watch when the whole process afterwards took a total of 3 minutes. The amount of wait time not only I experienced for a simple exchange is terrible. The store was not busy, and every single person that approached a employee for help was told to sign in and wait because that is the process. Its a flawed process if you are trying to exchange something that took 3 minutes to do and you wait 45 minutes to do it.

That's something you will have to call the store directly to find out for sure. If they don't repair them. I'm sure they'll get you pointed in the right direction.
Yes, they have a garage bay in the back right of the store. They do radios as well as remote starters.

Did you buy it brand new or open box? Not all open box items come with the accessories. It should have listed that on the open box price sticker where it says "missing accessories". If you bought it brand new, some times the manufacturer makes a mistake. Contact Dell or bring it back to a Best Buy within the reportreturn policy. They can probably do something for you

They do not repair tablets on site. It would have to be sent out for repair. You may have better luck with a local computer repair shop. Depending on what's wrong with your tablet it's not likely that repair will be cost effective. New kindled start at $49.00
