I moved to Oakdale the end of March from Seattle, WA area. I've been on my son's family plan and haven't had to pay for data used. I just received a text saying that I've been charged $15 per GB. Is it because I'm out of state?

Hi Grace, I agree with Noel, I highly doubt the plan isstate dependent. I just visited Verizon yesterday and the Woodbury location is open. However, I'd suggest you go early, only four guests can be in the store at one time. Someone will come to the door, take your name, and mark you down, and you'll receive a text that you have a place in line. When it is your turn you'll receive another text notification. More info than you asked but hopefully helpful.

No, I don't think so. It's usually your data usage. But I had some trouble with them recently. I needed to call tech support because even the guy in the store didn't know why I was over. They will work with you. However, not a lot of stores are open right now, just an FYI. Online chat is supposed to be pretty fast. Good luck!!!!!
