I feel Verizons deals are misleading. For example current deal is to get free iphone fir $40/month but the sales guy at the store told me free phone for $70/month for two lines. Other than that, sales guy John V was helpful.

Incredibly UNDERWHELMED by the service at this location! Specifically Kyle - condescending and dismissive — went in for 2 new phones and he had a smug attitude off the bat. I asked if he wanted to help us and he said “OK” with a blank look on his face. I reiterated that we would like help, and want to work with someone who wants to help us, and again with a smug smirk said, “OK!” Then proceeded to laugh as we left. Very rude and unprofessional!! Honestly don’t remember the last time I had such a disrespectful interaction in customer service!!

Went in on a Monday morning and Akenya helped me through a complex porting of my number from another carrier's business account. She was so awesome, thorough and helpful through the whole process. Once we finished she helped me find a plan and offer for a new iphone so I didn't have to use my cracked-screen 7. A great experience all-around!!!

We came in looking to trade in our phones for something more updated. Liz and Jeff helped us so much with the transition. We had our baby with us and they were so patient with us and truly explained everything thoroughly. The ONLY (and its a small only) complaint we have is with the new trade in process. We have to mail in our phones ourselves - which is fine that we do that and we didn't mind at all! It's just the kit they gave us didn't have any shipping labels (not in the box or any of the bags we got). We went to UPS because that's where we were told to go and UPS said that they couldn't ship them because we didn't have any labels, so we went back to Verizon and they gave us FedEx shipping labels. We went to FedEx to mail them out and FedEx said that they don't do that type of shipping for Verizon. We had to call Customer Service (which took a bit of time and we were transferred around a lot) to get new shipping labels mailed to us but we now might not be in the timeline of the trade in process. Overall it was a great experience and we love our new products and we had an enjoyable experience AT THE STORE. Just make sure to ask for those shipping labels BEFORE you leave the store!

You can just walk in but depending on the amount of people there you might have to wait In your car for a little bit and then go in after some customers leave. I had to do that Friday but it was only a 5 minute wait.
Hi Grace, I agree with Noel, I highly doubt the plan isstate dependent. I just visited Verizon yesterday and the Woodbury location is open. However, I'd suggest you go early, only four guests can be in the store at one time. Someone will come to the door, take your name, and mark you down, and you'll receive a text that you have a place in line. When it is your turn you'll receive another text notification. More info than you asked but hopefully helpful.
They are open 10am to 4pm New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Looks like it's open 10 am until 5 pm on New Years Day
You can't really not without special tools and a soldering iron with a needle tip and even then you run a high risk of damaging the board it is best to replace either the entire internal components of the phone in one piece or get a new phone. Sorry.
