They don't but ask for a donation. How you have to be in a waiting list and depending the age us the longer you are on. How okd? What kind?
A 7 month old orange male cat.. he's fixed and declawed he just doesn't like our 5 year old and tends to bite her a lot. Having a new baby in a month and I'm just getting too nervous about him. He's sweet at times just high energy still too.
