Bucket of chicken with 8 pieces, 2 sides, & 4 biscuits was $26.00! Really?? Drive-thru ONLY. Asked for butter and honey packets...NEVER got any. Waited in Drive-thru for 20 minutes! Terrible experience!

My father waited in line for over a half hour. Ordered a famous bowl with gravy and chicken on the side, a bucket of chicken, 2 sides of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Checked his bag before driving off… no famous bowl so he told them twice he needed it with gravy and chicken on the side due to dietary restrictions and they couldn’t even bother to do that not too mention not any butter or honey for the biscuits in the bag with 2 napkins? What kind of service is that when you spend over $30 just to try and feed his family. It literally looks like soup they put so much gravy on it. It’s ridiculous you can’t get what you order, I don’t think it’s rocket science to read a simple food order ticket and place the items in the bag as they were ordered. Oh and when you try and call their phone is off the hook and busy I’m sure because they just could care less. I’ll be contacting corporate and twitter as well since this is such a hard task.

Thank you to the young lady that prepared my food but this location as a whole needs to learn a few lessons in efficiency and customer service it just took me an hour to get an 8 piece and sides this girl had at least ten orders and she was the only one filling them while there were at least 4 other employees on the other station while the assistant manager walked around talking and joking with the other employees unprofessional learn to work with your team and make your location more efficient

Need to train the drive thru employees better. Check your order before you pull away. Food was delicious but the order was NOT what I ordered. I ordered an 8 piece bucket-- I got 7 pieces. I knew it came with 2 sides but I ordered 2 extra sides. They extra sides were on my ticket but not in my bag. I will go to KFC again just not this one.
