Ordered for curbside pick up. Arrived and clicked “I’m here”’with me car description. Sat for 10 minutes so I hit the I’m here again. After 5 minutes nothing so I went inside. The food was sitting there for 17 minutes…they claimed they didn’t here the “bell”. Food was cold and soggy, ordered ultimate fries but got fries. Called and complained the only thing that was said was do you want to come back and pick up your fries?

I've been at this Charley's more than 10 times, and I can tell you 100% that the employees don't know what ranch is. Please give training for your cooks it's greatly needed.Hi Jay, I'm really sorry to hear your orders weren't up to par! Always polite and quick. This is the first time dries we’re very skimpy. Like never recieved a regular fry which should be called a xtra small fry. Always a good place for a hot sandwich.I'm glad you like our cheesesteaks, but I'm sorry the fries are skimpy! I'll definitely pass that feedback along to the team.
