Tried to port over two lines to Verizon at this store. Sorry port will take 24-48 hrs to process. Can I get a temp number and Verizon SIM to have working phone? No. Ok put my Spectrum SIM back in, no service. Call Spectrum, your numbers were ported out successfully about 20 min ago. Guess I'm supposed to go 24-48 hrs with no service to switch to Verizon??? Avoid this Verizon authorized store, go to corporate store and save the heartache.

Dylan was absolutely amazing. He called after I had the new phone for a few days to see how I liked it. I have not experienced customer service like that from any cell phone rep.
