there is a puppy i would like to get that was at a foster home but is being spayed today. I would like to know how i go about getting this pup before it goes to the apl. i visited the home last night.

You will have to call and probably go in fill out the paperwork to be approved. They are very strick about thier adoptions to PROTECT the animals.

Call the APL, give Fosters name and info about the pup. Ask when he can be picked up.
