If you mean pets, it depends. It's quite a climb up those stairs. Larger dogs might be fine, but certainly not smaller pets. There's also a pretty steep drop just off the trail, so that's something to keep in mind.

Several dogs were there when I was there. It's still a place for leashes, but dogs were fine.
It is. The access to the falls are primitive and close quarters. On my trip everyone was helpful and polite
There is not a ton of space on the trail to the falls. So, if another group is going the opposite direction that you are, your pet might be in the way.
Lots of dogs were there the day we visited. Ours included.
